Vancouver, B.C., March 3, 2020. Alto Ventures Ltd. (ATV: TSX-V) ("Alto" or the "Company") announces that has received approval of the TSX Venture Exchange to reprice and extend the term of all outstanding warrants as follows:
- 1,775,000 warrants at a price of $0.12 expiring April 19, 2020 have been repriced to $0.06 and will now expire April 19, 2021;
- 2,002,857 warrants at a price of $0.12 expiring June 4, 2020 have been repriced to $0.06 and will now expire June 4, 2021. Of these warrants 350,000 are held by Insiders of the Company have also been repriced and extended; and
- 1,268,750 warrants at a price of $0.12 expiring June 27, 2020 have been repriced to $0.06 and will now expire June 27, 2021. These warrants will also be subject to accelerated expiry 30 days following notice in circumstances where the closing price of the Company's shares for 10 consecutive trading days is $0.075 or greater.
Any broker and/or finder warrants issued in connection with these financings will not be extended. All other warrant terms will remain the same.
