Mike Bandrowski

President & CEO, Director

Mr. Bandrowski has over 15 years of capital markets and exploration experience on both domestic and international markets. Most recently he was Director, Mining Investment Banking at a Canadian bank where he focused on small and mid-cap mining companies. Previously, he was a mining research analyst covering precious and base metals. Mike has a B.Sc., an MBA and has previously served on public and private company Boards.


Jim Kirke, CPA, CA

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Kirke is a Canadian Chartered Public Accountant with over 35 years’ experience in public accounting and corporate management. In addition to 12 years of international experience in public accounting and consulting with Coopers & Lybrand, Mr. Kirke has held senior finance roles in the natural resource and entertainment industries, including roles as CFO of a number of TSX and TSXV listed companies. Most recently, Mr. Kirke served as CFO of Marathon Gold Corporation and its predecessor Marathon PGM Corp. from 2005 to 2019, where he was involved in raising over 150 million in equity, assisting in the purchase and subsequent resale of NSR’s on Marathon’s Valentine Gold Project, financial reporting, budgeting and planning, treasury, taxation, and investor relations.

Mr. Kirke holds a B. Comm. From McMaster University (1985) and received his Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario (1989).


Rick Mazur, P. Geo.*

Director

Mr. Richard Mazur, P. Geo, MBA is a geoscientist who has held positions in the international exploration and mining industry for over 35 years as a project geologist, financial analyst and senior executive on uranium, gold and base metals. Director of Forum Energy Metals Corp., Impact Silver Corp., and Midnight Sun Mining Corp. Mr. Mazur graduated with a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Toronto in 1975 and obtained an MBA from Queen's University in 1985.


Bill Williams, Ph.D., CPG*

Director

Dr. Williams is an economic geologist with nearly 40 years experience related to the exploration and development of mining and oil & gas projects as well as oversight of mining operations. He provides consulting services to the mining industry with a focus on M & A analyses, risk analysis, project management, and permitting strategies. He is a Director of Western Copper and Gold and recently served as the Interim CEO and Director of Detour Gold Corporation as well as a Director and COO of Zinc One Resources Inc., with whom he led the team that made the discovery of the Mina Chica zinc-oxide deposit in the Bongará district, north-central Peru. He is the former CEO, President, and Director of Orvana Minerals Corp., prior to which he was a Vice President for Phelps Dodge Exploration overseeing activity in the Americas, which included the discovery of the Haquira porphyry copper deposit in Peru. He holds a Ph.D. in Economic Geology from the University of Arizona and is a Certified Professional Geologist.


Nick Tintor*

Director

Nick is a geologist and mining executive with more than 35 years of experience in mineral exploration, project generation, evaluation and company management. For the past 30 years, Nick has been involved with junior company start-ups, financing and corporate management, leading to deep relationships In the Canadian mining banking community. A Qualified Professional Member of the Mining and Metallurgical Society of America, Nick is a Qualified Person as defined under NI 43-101.


James Maxwell

Director

James is a professional geoscientist with over 20 years of industry experience with a focus on exploration and development of orogenic gold discoveries, and as been part of the discovery teams responsible for five major gold discoveries in Nunavut and Red Lake, Ontario. James was previously with Sabina Gold & Silver Corp. as Director of Exploration where he helped establish a 6.0-million-ounce gold resource base from discovery to the feasibility study level. Prior to working Nunavut, James established an early career in the Birch-Uchi and Red Lake Greenstone belts where his team earned a Northwestern Ontario Prospectors Association Discovery of the Year Award for the Rahill-Bonanza discovery. He is a long-standing member of the PDAC Health & Safety Committee and was a recent speaker for the 2019 Newgen Gold Conference held in Perth, Australia. James holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Manitoba with a focus on geological sciences and is registered with the Professional Geoscientists Ontario (“PGO”) and the Northwest Territories and Nunavut Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists (“NAPEG”).


Kristina Bates, CPA, CA

Director

Kristina is an accomplished financial executive, board director and volunteer with over 20 years of investment, strategic and governance expertise with mining, technology, and high growth companies. Kristina has spent the majority of her career in capital markets, raising equity and debt financing for early and mid stage companies. She currently serves on two private company Boards in addition to her roles on the Company’s board of directors and on its Audit and Corporate Governance, Compensation and Nominating Committees. Kristina is a Canadian CPA, CA, holds an MBA and started her career in finance with Ernst & Young LLP.

Most recently, Kristina has worked as an Investment Advisor at Manulife Securities, managing investments for high-net-worth clients with a focus on growing and preserving wealth. From 2013 to 2018, she worked in a similar role at RBC Dominion Securities.
